First interview was okay and relexed, although it sounded like one of the “lead developers” was trying to put me off the position. He also came across as inexperienced with development while thinking he knew everything.
The technical task, for which they expected you to spend four hours, included creating a frontend, backend, dockerising the application, hosting it, and more. Ridiculous ask in the timeframe - especially for below average pay and being in the office five days a week for no reason.
No feedback given until asking, and the feedback I did eventually receive was just rude.
I pointed out flaws in their live site, which have since been resolved, and didn’t get so much as a thank you. Granted, I can only assume their live site was made by an inexperienced junior, but someone more senior should have reviewed it
