Interview
It was a phone interview with an HR person. Her email signature said “project manager” so it wasn’t even immediately clear what kind of role the interviewer had at the organization. She was very scripted and robotic. She read questions from a script and took notes on my responses. She didn’t follow up with any of my responses or say anything to indicate she was a person and not a pre-recorded message. When she gave me a chance to ask questions at the end, she wasn’t able to provide any details about the position or even about the group that the new hire would be working in.
