National Republican Congressional Committee interview questions

It was over the phone. The conversation lasted about 20mins. It was very casual and social, yet still professional obviously. Be prepared to answer questions about why you are Republican and your favorite Republican idols, etc.

The process began with a phone interview that lasted about 30min. During the call, I was told that I would be receiving a test. The Test would be to watch field tracking videos of Democrat candidates and locate "potential hits". I received the video and instructions, and put more than 4 hours into analyzing hour long videos. Next I emailed the test back to the manager, and awaited the next step. It has been over 2 months now. Ghosted. Very disappointed.
