I was contacted 2 weeks ago by NTI for a Virtual Call Center Customer Service Position. The initial phone interview lasted approximately 30 minutes and also consisted of checking my computer to be sure it met minimum requirements for position. I was then scheduled for a 3 day GoToTraining Class online. The class consisted of a NTI Trainer and my particular class had 12 members. It was a good class (basic) and at the end of the 3rd day, you had to successfully complete a Final Exam with a score of at least 84% to be considered or to apply for any open positions. I was disappointed when I passed the exam and found only 1 (One) PT Seasonal Position opening! I certainly expected to find more than this after spending so much time training (which also included 2 hours of Homework each night). I did get a call-back this morning from NTI to follow-up on my application for the PT Seasonal App. Hopefully, things will work out. Will keep you all posted!!
