I had one interview and had to work at the bottom in one of the retail stores. I was hired the same day as the interview and was told there would be alot of room for growth and to climb the employment ladder. From day one I didn't miss a day of work for 3 years and didn't see a single raise from my base rate of $8.50/hr.
