Interview
1. Initial HR Screen: A short introductory call (about 15-20 mins). They explained about the role, and the hiring process.
2. Technical Assessment: A type of psychometric test via Adam Milo. questions regarding math calculations, pattern identification, and graph understanding.
In-Person Analytical Interview: Met with the team lead for a practical session. They provided 2 tables containing campaign data (Impressions, Clicks, Conversions, Spend, etc.) and asked me to perform calculations regarding which campaign was more successful, how come, etc.

After all the personal questions, they asked me given a max google bid of 5 per click, what would be the eventual cost for the ad to be placed in the third spot on the first page

After a first HR phone Interview, the next stage was a 1hr long interview with a team lead which included analytical questions, understanding PPC concepts and real case studies (Timed questions using PPT slides which were screenshared by the Interviewer).
