Quick and simple process, nice and supportive manager, friendly staffs, easy and basic behaviour questions.
Started from indeed then got an email from dept manager, have a phone interview and then second round was in person interview with Store manager. Then got the offer a day later.

Basic behavior questions: what are your strengths and weakness. What will you do if customers starts yelling? Etc.

I had a phone screen followed by in person interview at the location I was hoping to work at. Took about a week total. I was asked to provided 2 references as well.
