Pretty bad. They offer really low pay, the first regional manager will say there's no room for negotiation. There is. Especially since the initial pay they offer for the laughably long list of job duties is pathetically low. They'll ask super weird questions, some of which are not even legal, like asking if you're married, how old you are, etc. They don't have an HR or recruiting team which shows.
