Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search interview questions

The interview process was typical, although I had to reach out to the company because the interview never followed up with me after making numerous attempts to reach out. The interview was well, it’s just disappointing to go through a bad interview process with an actual recruiting company. I was told I would be followed up with another interview and that information would be sent. I never received the information, and I could only imagine why. They ended up hiring someone else. I’m not upset being I wasn’t going to take the position anyway. But it truly showed me the characteristics of this company if they can’t even follow through with their own interviews, how are you successful with businesses? Luckily, it helped me clarify this wasn’t the company for me. As a recruiting company it would be great if time and communication were respected. I would value this company more if they stuck to the values they work by. The only reason I say no offer is because the process was incomplete. Outside of that it’s a small company, no employer sponsored health care, base salary with commission.
