Friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and professional. There were assessments required in the interview process. Good people and interesting opportunity. Aaron and Ryan were good people to meet and they have exciting things ahead of them with the Navigatr Group

Mostly related to background and approach, my previous employer appreciated when people were more direct and to the point, I took that with me into the interview and I think that ended up hurting me in their interview process. They do want to get to know you and have some banter.
