I had 2 rounds of interviews, Neal and Diana were polite, nice, and pretty funny. It was a pretty basic interview, discussing my resume and portfolio. Neal was inquisitive of my last job as he knew the designer, and I got a good vibe from him. Diana was super sweet and outgoing, and really communicative via email. I got an offer within a week of my interview.
