Recruiter reached out. Quick 30 minute chat about the company, my employment history, etc -- the usual. Tech screen was a coding question, about 35-40 minutes, two step. Easy part first, challenging part second. I ran long on the second part, even though I solved in 10 minutes after the interview was over and e-mailed to the interviewer, they failed me. The reason for failure was that I did not finish in time... so... "it's about the journey not the destination" is not true with Nearform.
