Four stage interview. First was a standard phone interview with some technical questions, second was an actual technical test which involved remoting in to one of their lab machines to look at some issues, third was a face to face interview where they wanted me to do a presentation on a particular topic and the fourth was another face to face presentation on another topic. When I got home from the third interview, my recruitment agent called me to discuss two things about my appearance. Apparently my tie was a little bent to one side which the CEO did not like and they were concerned about the fact that I had a beard (you know that thing that grows naturally on the face?).
