It was easy. They are interested in your commitment to education and your passion for working with children. They will give you an overview of how the school works and invests in training you. The demands placed are not made clear during the interview process.

HR calls for telephonic round. if you are shortlisted you will be called to meet the HR in person. For me it was a friendly experience with HR. If shortlisted, they will call you come to the school and spend some days in the school so that you are under observation. For Final round, you will be meeting the branch head for a brief discussion. They do back ground check as well from your previous schools.

How did you gain Interest in teaching, why applied at Neev, prefer full time or part time job and personal questions on your family, child school timings etc. They also had a teacher task based on a situation which was a good document to know as teacher how would you handle the situation. They also ask your expected salary.
