i applied for the position through an online posting, heard from HR a few weeks later with general questions as to why are you interested in the position, what experience do you have in management, what evaluation experience do you have? That lasted about 15 minutes. I had a longer phone interview a week later with two managers in the evaluation division and explained my background, they asked about my interest in the data evaluation portion of theposition, my comfort running trainings, and with data analysis software.
