After applying if successful you’re invited to a “factory tour” where they show you around explain the basics of the tasks and responsibilities expected from your role. Then post tour everyone’s brought to a waiting room where they then take people 1 by 1 for the official interview. In the interview you can expect personal questions regarding how you think you’d manage in the roll and fit into the team dynamics that you’ve just seen, along with also asking you very basic questions about what they do and what you’ll be expected to do, all of these questions are easy to answer if you paid attention during the tour and its main purpose is to see who was actually paying attention during the tour.
