Interview
I've done a phone interview, than a quite long interview with my future director and a person from HR. After waiting few weeks ( a little bit longer than what was initially told me) I had the final interview withthe company COO (you have this interview only for managerial positions).
I got a written job offer proposal after just 2 days from the last interview.

Question 1
There was not a very difficult question, the only thing unexpected was to start the last interview in english instead of italian. They lso prize a lot their values and they want to see you have these values in yourself.
Foram 3 etapas sendo com o gerente nacional, rh global e diretor global. Um processo extenso porém rápido que não me deixou desconfotável em momento algum. Os idiomas utilizados foram português e inglês pois haviam italianos e brasileiros durante o processo.
