Mentioned that they have no lead developers and expect this role to eventually fill into same (basically overload work for higher position at lower designation) After all this, was asked to connect with HR for more details. Kept on saying we have no budget restrictions but completely low balled matching half the expectations even after agreeing that expectation was set before interviewing. Later on no contact, ghosted candidate. Complete waste of time.
