Consists of four rounds, of which two round are done by Ness, remaining two by Client . Last round would be HR.

I was very disappointed by how the interview was conducted and how the interviewer showed up. The most frustrating part was that they asked me to turn on my camera, but the interviewers kept theirs turned off.

Interview process in Ness was quite smooth and very quick for me. All three round were completed within 2 days. Interviewer and HR were also kind and supportive with all steps and process.
