Screening phone call, 30 minutes. Interviewer told me that they were originally going to reject my application, but they wanted to ask me why I applied. A few basic behavioral questions and questions specific to company/position. Was told they would set up a meeting with another person but they āwerenāt sure how it would goā, I declined. Just a bit off-putting.

Initial Phone Interview, second and third phone interview.
Very unprofessional, didn't have any direction or agenda about the whole process. Was told would hear back after a week then eventually after 2 months to schedule a second interview.
Interviewer had no clue what the position entailed, other person didn't even bother to call. Attachments were emailed for assessments but the link never worked, communication was a joke. Good thing I was using this as a practice interview because I could tell the company didn't have good management and the pay offered was way below industry standard.

Interview
Mostly behavioral questions, nothing too technical except a few SQL questions. If you focus on behavioral questions, you will be fine.
Gave me a 30 min phone interview and after invited to on-site.
Made an offer a week later.
