Interview
Applied for the first time a couple of months back, rejected on assignment round.
Then was reached out back later for the same via e-mail, passed all interview, later dropped the final F2F interview because I didn't see my growth there after having a thorough research about the organistaion via reviews and few contacts.
Later my message was ignored, once I informed that I won't be attending the final interview at the last moment. (it's not a compalint, but it's still unprofessional)
Small advice to the hiring team, please don't ignore your candidates once they drop out or gets rejected, who knows sometimes the tables may turn around.
Otherwise all good.

"What tools (software etc) & best practices will you use / suggest for recruitment to retention under the entire HR & Recruitment function." and 5 other questions as an assignment.
The interview process started with a portfolio review and then progressed to a design task, which went on until the deadline. Throughout the process, the HR was supportive and responded promptly.

Interview
The interview problem was easy, with the interviewer asking you to share the screen and explain the thought process through user flows and wireframes for the screens.
