Gave 3 interviews. The HR is mostly unresponsive.
First round is with HR, second with director and third with a peer.
The peer was rushing between meetings and takes the interview just for the sake. There does not seem to be an intent to hire with the peer.
The interview process took 3 weeks time and involved rounds with the US and India team members. The entire process was smooth and the interviews were well co-ordinated.
The interview process was made clear in the first call, so you know what to expect.
