Brief phone interview. The HR person was really personable and made me feel at ease. I would gladly have her as a coworker. She asked basic questions regarding experience and skills set.

Interview
I scheduled an interview with them for 10:30 am from the week before. They were 33 minutes late. For initial conversations, I have a 5 minute rule, and 10 minutes if it's after that. I've never waited longer than 15 minutes. You don't want to work for someone who can't even make an interview. They don't care about your time.

Interview
I had one phone screen and 2 panel interviews. Questions were asked from pre-written papers in addition to questions that were thought of in conversation. Everyone was easy to talk to but there were some awkward silences as they thought of questions to ask.
