Interview
Talent Acquisition did a phone screen and immediately set me up for second interview with the management team, which consisted of a VP, Director and Supervisor. They asked about my career and told me about their's. They asked situational questions "tell me a time when?" The process took 40-50 minutes, it was done by Zoom. The VP and Supervisor were female and the Director was a male. As we were about to wrap up the Director asked if I had any of my coverage letters that I had written from previous jobs, I said no, he said well he needed to see an example of how I write coverage letters. He told to make up letters one for liability and one for property. He also needed a sample of me requesting authority from a manager. They also requested 2 professional references. I provided everything they requested, the next day. I interviewed 2 weeks ago and never heard back.
