      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Neuralink

      Interview

First phone screening with a recruiter who assesses minimal skill. Then a phone call with a team member who asks technical and personal questions. Then another team member who follows the same protocol followed by a technical take-home assignment

      Application

I interviewed at Neuralink (Fremont, CA) in Feb 2026

      Interview

Not positive experience overall. A recruiter call following a video interview with the director. Everyone in this company seem to be so busy that they are late for every interview. Not a typical recruiting process

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Neuralink (Fremont, CA) in Feb 2026

      Interview

Thorough, no nonsense, yet respectful of the applicants time. Very transparent about the process with recruiters helping through every step. Zero ambiguity on expectations throughout any part of the interviews. First half were remote, second were on site.

      Interview

Was pretty fun, they gave me a second chance. Technical in nature mostly. I gave a presentation on one of the projects I had been a part of previously. Then I had a next round which was a coding interview and was related to problem solving.
