I applied online and the HR called me within few days. Rounds: 1) Initial Telephonic Conversation with HR with email confirmation of in-person technical interview 2) Face to face technical interview. It was very simple. Asked to solve problems on board 3) HR discussion about salary and joining date etc on the same day 4) Another in-person interview with company management 5) Offer confirmation by email.
