I got contacted by the hiring team on LinkedIn and attended 3 rounds of interviews in January 2023: - with the recruitment specialist - with the CEO - with the CEO and Partners The whole process until agreements signing took a bit over 1 month. I was impressed by the enthusiasm and professionalism of all people who interviewed me. Everyone was extremely well-prepared for the interviews and devoted multiple hours of their time to have conversations with me and make sure that we are a good match. The decision-making on the side of Neurons Lab was fast and efficient. The CEO also provided feedback after each recruitment stage. The company was open to negotiating the agreement terms and had the best interest of both sides at heart.

Question 1
The job-related questions centered around leadership skills, knowledge in operations (processes, policies, answering team requests) and strategy. The soft skill-focused questions were situation based, and I was asked to recall instances where I was faced with a particular challenge, and explain how I behaved.
