I applied through employee Referral and got call from HR the next day asking about my background and reason for job change followed by a Technical interview over Skype in a couple of days ( Team was very helpful having interview online as I'm little far away from Bangalore for a F2F interview). After completing the technical round, went ahead with HR discussion where they explained me about Neutrinos, their culture , what they look for in people joining them. Post HR discussion was a discussion with CEO Mr. Samik Ghosh and then I got an offer.
