New Beginnings Family Services interview questions

I applied on Louisvilleworks.com and within a week I had been contacted by New Beginnings to come in for an interview. I arrived at the building and there was no one at the front desk so I waited for a few minutes for someone to have me sign in. Once I was in the interview I was interviewed by the site director and the recruiter/ trainer. At first this didn't seem very odd. The interview was very informal and more of a conversation than anything. There was not an interview guide, it was just questions that the two people doing the interview came up with. The office seemed nice and those doing the interview were very pleasant. Within a few days I received a call for a follow up interview with the executive director. This interview was kind of pointless, the questions he asked had nothing to do with the job and the executive director just wanted to see if he would like me.
