Presentation on topic of my choice based on their reports, questions on that which werent too difficult. Then questions on random stuff, motivation, areas of expertise and experience, political questions (threw me more), asking about my research interests (here I dont think I aligned with what they ideally wanted)

Lovely people. Ask you to go through the reasoning behind your answers to application questions. Why NEF now? Example of a time when you were proud of your work? A time when you found something difficult?
I applied online. I interviewed at New Economics Foundation (London, England) in Dec 2014
Interview
2 rounds. First interview a standard panel, with 4 in person and 1 on Skype, which seemed excessive. The second was a truly weird interview with lots of team members. Felt like an interrogation. I had to prepare something to get through to the interview stage, and then had to present it at the interview.
