Had 2 phone calls. One with a project manager, one with a partner. Took rather a long time to hear results (1 week from the 1st call, 2 weeks rom the 2nd call).

Question 1
Mostly basic questions, such as what environment do you like to work in, why NECG and etc.
Screener, then interview with Gary S. Mix of behavioral and technical, with some consulting-style on the spot puzzles. You will likely also meet with one or two of the other partners depending on who is in office.

Interviewed with 3 of the partners at the firm. All were very nice but the questions were tough. The CEO really wants to see if you can think on your feet and keep up with the business and atmosphere. But overall, good experience
