I applied online. I interviewed at New Era Colorado Foundation (Denver, CO) in Feb 2019
Interview
A couple rounds of interviews, first was virtual and the next were in person. Very easy and laid back environment for an interview! Lots of questions asking for examples of times when you have done something they are looking for skills with.

Interview
The first phase is a brief phone interview (around ten minutes). I remembered the questions during this portion were very basic, probably to quickly weed out people who aren't a good fit. For example, the organization supports bills that help make abortion more accessible, so they'll ask candidates if they are pro-abortion during the interview. If you pass the first interview, they'll schedule you for a longer video chat.

Question 1
They asked me how economic justice relates to racial justice. Be prepared to explain how you hold yourself accountable to practicing antiracism.
