Interview was about 30 minutes, was mainly asked about my experience and if I was comfortable working with clients who have more severe problem behaviours. If you were to get hired, they would want you to stay on for at least one year

Super easy and offered virtually. The questions clearly reflected an interest in understanding my clinical skills and educational background. They seemed super friendly and eager to work with me. I was nervous but they made me feel positive about the experience.
