I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at New Horizon Promotions (Boston, MA)
Interview
I honestly don't remember applying for the position, I'm curious how or why the recruiter called me out of the blue. She said I would be a "good fit" and tried to schedule me for an interview early the next morning. I told her I was unavailable and asked her where the office was located, because I don't have a car and rely on the MBTA. She proceeded to give me driving directions, ignoring the fact that I just told her I do not have a car. When I asked again about public transit directions, she started talking about how she's from NJ and not sure about how it works in Boston. It sounded like there were 10 guys yelling loudly behind her, not sure what was going on there. I declined the interview, it doesn't seem like a reputable company.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at New Horizon Promotions (Woburn, MA) in Jun 2016
Interview
I was emailed by the CEO, and called by their receptionist. It was pretty disorganized, but I did go into the interview. Getting there by public transportation was really difficult, so I would recommend an uber or a car. Once I was at the interview, they had me fill out a sheet with the exact same information that they wanted me to apply with. I spoke with an assistant manager about the process. All he asked me was if I had any sales experience, and if I was a people person. He told me that it would start out working promotions for Home Depot, and talking to people everyday to get leads. You start out looking for leads, and with "hard work and perseverance." If you're looking for a management program this is it. But if you're looking for actual communications or marketing experience, this is not the place.

Interview
The worst interview I have ever been in. I would first start of with the fact that I waited 20 minutes to be seen by the manager and the interview only took 15 minutes.... I was interviewed by the"CEO" Kerlande. Not only was her introduction unappealing, but her appearance was unprofessional. She described the business as a hug success in a well scripted manner. For the 15 minutes of the interview I was told a whole lot of BS. BTW I was not being interview for the position I have initially applied for. Anyone and everyone will be considered for an entry level sale position
