Three stages, which includes performance task, phone interview and in person interview. Great follow up and outcome within two weeks after completing all steps. Staff were warm and friendly. Asked a lot of questions during the panel interview stage so be prepared for rapid fire questions if you are interviewed by a panel interview.

Question 1
Why are you interested in working for this organization?
I was contacted for the first round of the interview process for a Director level fundraising role. First, I was asked to confirm the salary expectations, which I did. Second, I was sent a LENGTHLY performance task that was *real work* (donor pitch deck, donor materials) BEFORE a first interview. It was shocking, unethical, and not reasonable. The task would have taken a minimum of 6 hours to do well, and it was stated that this task was unpaid. This was before the first round of conversations which did not even allow me the chance to learn if I wanted to work for this organization or commit this time to the task. It was shocking and I declined the task. I hope they will catch up on the industry in this area and stop this unequitable practice.

Question 1
Before we proceed, we want to share salary and benefits information for transparency.
You go through a screening call, where they give you your salary after. Then you go through a panel interview and performance task review before either a final interview or offer.
