I received an initial screening call followed by a video interview with a team member. The video call went well and was pleasant, but I didn't hear back for two weeks. Only after following up did I receive a lengthy rejection email with no feedback. I responded asking for feedback on my application to understand where I stood in terms of skills and what they required, but I received no response. It's frustrating not to receive even a one-sentence explanation about the skills I lacked that led to the decision to move forward with other candidates. I'm left in the dark.
