New Paths interview questions

It was an overview of the job and responsibilities. They explained how the company was ran and what they do there . they explained who they help and the job requirements. They wanted to know what i knew about the place. They knew i worked there before so they asked me what it was like when i worked there. They told me they pay 11 dollars a hour. I declined because they want a bachelor degree for the position, expect a lot of work, but pay there employers very poorly.
