Interview was with New World Pasta which has since merged with its sister company and is now Riviana Foods.
The interview process began with a phone interview with the brand manager. The 2nd round of interviews was in person with 5 different people. The interviewers were a combination of all different departments that brand management would be interacting with. The questions asked ranged from individual experience, fit with the company, interest, situational and the like. Each interview lasted 1 hour --all 5 of which were back to back.
