Initial interview was conducted as part of a hiring conference with a military placement organization. About 12 candidates were interviewed at the conference with a panel type interview. Standard questions in regards to backing up and further elaborating on experiences detailed on resume. From there they selected 3 candidates to bring up to the site for plant tour and further interviews with more of the team. After that it was a decision between the 3 candidates. Total process lasted about 3-4 weeks.
