On-campus interviews, one HR employee and one current employee working as an engineer. Very casual, they tell you about the position and what you will be doing and then ask you some simple questions about your experience.

Interview
The process was pretty simple. There was not any technical questions and the guys interviewing made the process stress free. The behavior questions were basic and most of the time was spent talking about resume and the company.

What is something you would like to know about the company?
I showed up and the team leader I would be working with brought me around the office. I sat down and talked to him for a little bit and then I talked to one of the partners.
