I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Newry (Lakewood, OH) in Jun 2016
Interview
Had two phone interviews that consisted of behavioral and case-study type questions. Was invited out to dinner with some of their consultants, followed by an in-person interview at their office the next day. The interview lasted all day and I interviewed with about 10 different consultants at the firm. Most of the consultants were nice and easy to talk with. Throughout the rotation, there were 2 case study type interviews, which were rather difficult due to the time constraint.

First round was about a thirty minute behavioral interview, the second round was an hour long case study, and final round had a behavioral and case study interview both an hour a piece.

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you disagreed with a co-worker and how did you go about resolving the issue?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Newry (Lakewood, OH) in Apr 2018
Interview
Total process took 10 weeks. Had a behavioral phone interview about 2 weeks after applying, followed by a phone case interview the next week. I was then invited to interview on site but not for almost a full month. The on site is an all day event with 4 behavioral interviews and 2 case interviews. Overall, I ended up meeting about 2/3rds of the company. I was told I'd hear back within a week. From my connections with other candidates also interviewing I learned they heard back within 4 days. After 9 days of silence on Newry's end I reached out to inquire about the status of the hiring process. I received an email within an hour that I would not be receiving an offer. It's a small company and with that comes the issue of not having a formal HR department. Long drawn out process with too many interviews. The communication could be better.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The behavioral interviews are very conversational i.e. Tell me about your time at x company, walk me through your resume, etc. The case interviews are based on projects the company has worked on in the past and provide you with a good opportunity to see the type of solutions the company addresses.
