Process was great. Met with the manager and a few other team members. They discussed their role and how I would work with them. Very easy. I was offered the position on the spot.

Interview
Phone interview. I thought the phone interview went very well. The interviewer seemed quite positive and said I would be notified in about a week for the next round of interviews. It's been nearly a month and no response. After the interview, I ran into someone who had worked there previously. They were not happy there and in general the overall management was not good.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Newswire (Newark, NJ) in Aug 2018
Interview
I applied online through other source. There were 3 rounds in total. Hiring manager contacted me through email.
1. phone screen - Just about background ,experiences and college projects. He asked me about hardest difficulty I faced in any project and how i solved it.
2. take home project- asked me to develop scraping project in Python or PHP to scrap news articles off their website and analyse them. I completed it in Python.
3. skype interview - follow up on project was online interview with lead engineer who asked me only about project and future extension of it. he told me in the interview that my answers were good.
But the big disappointment was that they didn't even get back to me afterwards. Hiring manager didn't reply on my interview feedback and whether they are moving forward or not.
