AC:
- Split into groups and you have to introduce your partner to the wider group
- Basic case study with smaller group, fundamental bottleneck stuff
- Individual case study
- If you pass this, you get through to the interview stage - behavioural and technical
Initial maths and literacy test followed by hirevue interview questions followed by selection day assessment centre split up into morning and afternoon session where a case study is presented to a group and you must solve together
It was an assessment centre from 8 am to 6pm.
You are asked to introduce a person they paid you up with and solve case studies using the newton method which is explained right before the case study
