Interview
30-minute call with recruiter, 30-minute hiring manager interview, 30-minute team lead interview, 2 presentation prep calls, 45-minute presentation with 3 leaders. Overall, this was a very engaging process with what is clearly a smart, collaborative team. The recruiter, Rachel, was amazing - communicative, transparent, thoughtful. And the rest of the team was engaged and obviously very passionate about the company and their work. This really seems like a great team / org to work with.
Very knowledgeable about the company and processes. Very friendly and bubbly. Really listened to my questions and answered thoughtfully and honestly. Very helpful to find out if it was the right position for me.
