For this company doesn't matter how qualified you are, what kind of person you are. This company discriminates by nationality. I had two first successful interviews and then suddenly they said me that the company policy doesn't allow to hire ppl of my nationality and citizenship, and it doesn't matter that I have another second citizenship, european residence permit and don't live in the country of my origin. Not sure how the people making the interview with me couldn't know about this policy. But it's pure discrimination. After all - I'm glad I didn't join such company .
