Having references from ex-colleagues helped a lot. Interview process was fairly simple and more focused toward personal attitude. If you are looking for place that tries to understand your point of view, you will like the interview process. Management believes technology can be taught, personality can't, and I agree wholeheartedly. Interview questions will make you think about your own choices, and then figure out if you really want to be part of the company. If you are into "company called, if they are ready to pay salary, I will join", then you will find the interview extremely difficult to crack. If you are sure of what you want, and can explain your decision making process, then interview is extremely easy.
Although, lack of amenities mean you might have a very bad first impression.
