The interview process began with completing application forms. I was then interviewed by a single interviewer. This was the first interview stage, and no technical questions were asked. Instead, the discussion focused mainly on personal aspects, including my strengths, weaknesses, and how I would handle certain situations. The interview lasted approximately one hour.

Professionally done. Brief description on job spec, daily process, what to expect for this position, target customers, possible challenges, potential overtime working, detail requirements on this role to react on different situations, detail questions that required more examples for answers. In general, not stressful interview but will required candidates to be very well-prepared.
