To us, we review qualifications and proper fit above all else when considering an applicant for a role and we apologize if you felt that some of the other candidates did not meet these requirements. First, we would like to say that we are sorry you had a negative experience with our firm as we strive to make sure that all of our employees have a positive experience, yet we acknowledge that sometimes you cannot please everyone. The whole purpose of the sales is to give all of our management trainees a strong foundation in that key area. It sounds more like you were unaware of the sales and marketing industry and what it entailed. Next Wave offers various compensation plans based on several factors determined during the hiring process. This is why we open up so many areas for questions during the hiring process.
