2 stage interview - competency, experience. Specific focus on how to work in a federated model given the organisation has grown exponentially without as much focus around IT. second stage was to meet a wider set of stakeholders all of whom work across IT. Slight repetition in interview questions from stage one but felt this was more a culture fit to see if i was able to work within the organisation.
