I was scheduled for an initial screening with a senior talent acquisition manager who informed me that he would not be able to make it and asked to reschedule 5 minutes into the meeting start time, which is fine. However, when I went to follow up, he blocked all incoming emails from my IP. I tried to message him on LinkedIn and no response, go figure. Nice doesn't have the best reputation in the market, so this shouldn't have been a surprise...beware.

Recruiters were very insistent in reaching out. Had several interviews but then the company went dark. Not very “nice.” Got the sense they have way too many divisions and teams to the point of incoherence.

About 3 step process. Spoke with hiring manager. Then Interviewed with sale engineer manager team. Provided a demo presentation on any product of my choosing. The goals is to show your technical and customer skills that will help you on the job.
